If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, please package the item securely and mail it to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds:

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process may vary depending on your payment provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
